Text
(a)The department may conduct training
programs at semiannual conferences for law enforcement:
(1)officers;
(2)trainees; and
(3)applicants;
of cities, towns, and counties.
(b)A semiannual conference:
(1)may not last more than three (3) days; and
(2)shall be conducted at a state police post.
