§ 10-11-2-8 — Purchases; expenditures; salaries

(a)The state purchasing agent shall purchase all personal property, supplies, and equipment the department needs.
(b)All capital expenditures shall be made with the approval of the budget committee.
(c)The salaries and compensation of police employees and other employees shall be fixed by the board with the approval of the governor. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-1-1-1 part.]
