Text
All rights, duties, and liabilities of the state
police department and its employees provided by IC 10-1-2 (before its
repeal) and IC 10-12-2 are continued and preserved in the state police
department established by this chapter and in those eligible to receive
its benefits as though this chapter had not been enacted.
