§ 10-11-2-19 — Employee expenses, lodgings, and subsistence

(a)The superintendent may approve vouchers to pay expenses incurred by employees of the department in the discharge of their duties.
(b)The vouchers shall be audited and paid out of the appropriations for the department in the manner provided by law.
(c)Allowances for lodging and subsistence while away from official station may be paid to the employees of the department under the terms and conditions that the superintendent may prescribe. The superintendent may provide lodging and subsistence for employees of the department at their official stations. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-1-1-8.]
