Text
Section 1 of this chapter does not prohibit the
broadcast or disclosure of identifying information other than a Social
Security number to the public by other means, including news reports,
press conferences, silver or Amber alerts, wanted notices, website
postings, and similar methods specifically intended to inform the
public.
