Text
This Act shall not be construed to repeal any right, claim, penalty, offense or punishment existing under The Franchise Disclosure Act prior to the date this Act takes effect. This Act shall apply only to actions undertaken on and subsequent to the date this Act takes effect as well as to all resulting rights, claims, penalties, offenses and punishment.
