§ 32
Illinois·Topic BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT·Ch. 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS·Act 815 ILCS 405/ Retail Installment Sales Act.
If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Act which can be effected without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this Act are severable.
