Text

When a court adjudges a respondent to be a person with a disability and appoints a plenary guardian for that person under this Article pursuant to subsection (c) of Section 11a-12 or enters an order under this Article finding that the respondent should not operate a motor vehicle, the court shall direct the circuit court clerk to notify the Secretary of State's Driver Services Department, in a form and manner prescribed by the Secretary of State, and shall forward a copy of the court order to the Secretary of State's Driver Services Department no later than 7 days after the entry of the order.
