§ 6-134 — Petition stands as complaint
Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 735 CIVIL PROCEDURE·Act 735 ILCS 5/ Code of Civil Procedure.·Art. Article VI - Ejectment
Such petition shall be substantially in the same form as is now in use in other civil cases for complaints and the same rules of pleading shall be observed as in other civil cases.
