(was 735 ILCS 5/7-126) Sec. 10-5-85. Payment to county treasurer. Payment of the final compensation adjudged, including any balance remaining due because of the insufficiency of any deposit made under Section 20-5-15 of this Act to satisfy in full the amount finally adjudged to be just compensation, may be made in all cases to the county treasurer, who shall receive and disburse the final compensation, subject to an order of the court, as provided in subsection (a) of Section 10-5-70 of this Act or payment may be made to the party entitled or his, her, or their guardian.
