Text
A committed person who is pregnant or lactating, including a committed person who is nursing a baby or pumping breastmilk, shall be provided supplemental nutrition of at least 300 calories per day. This supplemental nutrition shall be in addition to any regularly provided food and shall be available outside of regular mealtimes.
