As used in this Article, unless the context otherwise requires: "Department" means the Department of Juvenile Justice. "Director" means the Director of Juvenile Justice. Any reference to the "Assistant Director of the Juvenile Division" or of a predecessor department or agency occurring in any law or instrument shall, beginning on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly, be construed to mean the Director of Juvenile Justice.
