§ 124B-715 — Distribution of all other property and sale proceeds

All moneys and the sale proceeds of all property forfeited and seized under this Part 700 shall be distributed to the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program administered by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
