Text
Property forfeited under this Article shall be subject to an 8th Amendment to the United States Constitution disproportionate penalties analysis, and the property forfeiture may be denied in whole or in part if the court finds that the forfeiture would constitute an excessive fine in violation of the 8th Amendment to the United States Constitution, as interpreted by case law.
