§ 110 — Scope of Act

Nothing in this Act limits any authority or activity authorized by the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, the Medical Practice Act of 1987, the Nurse Practice Act, the Pharmacy Practice Act, the Illinois Dental Practice Act, the Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987, or the Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act of 2004. Nothing in this Act limits the authority or activity of any law enforcement officer acting within the scope of his or her employment.
