Text

(a)Any person who knowingly performs any of the following acts commits promoting commercial sexual exploitation of a child:
(1)advances prostitution as defined in Section 11-0.1, where the minor engaged in prostitution, or any person engaged in prostitution in the place, is under 18 years of age or is a person with a severe or profound intellectual disability at the time of the offense;
(2)profits from prostitution by any means where the person engaged in the sex trade is a sexually exploited child under 18 years of age or is a person with a severe or profound intellectual disability at the time of the offense;
(3)profits from prostitution by any means where the sexually exploited child is under 13 years of age at the time of the offense;
