§ 98 — District enlarged

As of July 1, 1921, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same, the territory and tracts of land situated in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: Sections seven (7), eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), eleven (11), fourteen (14), fifteen (15), sixteen (16), seventeen (17), eighteen (18), nineteen (19), twenty (20), twenty-one (21), twenty-two (22), twenty-three (23), twenty-six (26), twenty-seven (27), twenty-eight (28), twenty-nine (29), thirty (30), thirty-one (31), thirty-two (32), thirty-three (33), thirty-four (34), and thirty-five (35) and the West half (1/2) of the West half (1/2) of section twenty-five (25) and the West half (1/2) of the West half (1/2) of section thirty-six (36), all in Township forty-one (41) North, Range twelve (12) East of the Third (3rd) Principal Meridian; Sections two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5), six (6), seven (7), eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), eleven (11), fourteen (14), fifteen (15), sixteen (16), seventeen (17), eighteen (18), twenty-four (24), twenty-five (25), and the West half (1/2) of sections one (1), twelve (12) and thirteen (13), all in Township forty (40) North, Range twelve (12) East of the Third Principal Meridian, all in the county of Cook and State of Illinois.
