§ 94 — District enlarged

As of July 1, 1917, the corporate limits of the sanitary district of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same, the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: All that part of fractional sections fourteen (14) [,], twenty-two (22) and twenty-three (23) in township thirty-six (36) north, range thirteen (13) east of the third principal meridian lying north of the Indian boundary line in the township of Bremen, in the County of Cook and State of Illinois.
