§ 8a
Competency of judges or jurors in actions where authority is party in interest. In any action or proceeding in which an airport authority may be a party in interest, no person shall be deemed incompetent as judge or juror by reason of his or her being an inhabitant or owner or a life tenant in real estate in such airport authority.
