§ 73 — Warrant to collector
If an appeal is taken on any part of such judgment and if the board elects to proceed with the improvement notwithstanding such an appeal, as provided for in Section 79 of this Act, the clerk shall certify the appealed portion from time to time in the manner provided in Sections 71 and 72 as the judgment is rendered thereon, and the warrant accompanying this certificate in each case shall be authority for the collection of so much of the assessment as is included in the portion of the roll thereto attached. The warrant in all cases of assessment under this Act shall contain a copy of the certificate of the judgment describing the lots, blocks, tracts and parcels of land assessed so far as they are contained in the portion of the roll so certified and shall state the respective amounts asse
