§ 72 — Payment in advance for land taken and credit
Whenever any warrant is issued by the clerk of the court in which the judgment of confirmation is rendered, for the collection of any special assessment specified in Section 71, that warrant shall not authorize the collection of any assessment levied against the district for and on account of public benefits, but the clerk shall likewise certify the assessment roll and judgment to the collector of the district upon being requested so to do by that officer.
