§ 5e

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 805/ Downstate Forest Preserve District Act.
Property owned by a forest preserve district and property in which a forest preserve district is the grantee of a conservation easement or the grantee of a conservation right as defined in Section 1(a) of the Real Property Conservation Rights Act shall not be subject to eminent domain or condemnation proceedings, except as otherwise provided in Section 15 of the O'Hare Modernization Act and Section 2-100 of the Public-Private Agreements for the South Suburban Airport Act.
