§ 56 — Notice by publication
Petitioner, in addition to other required notices, shall publish a notice at least twice, not more than 30 nor less than 15 days in advance of the time at which confirmation of the specified assessment is to be sought, in a newspaper having a general circulation within the district. The notice may be substantially as follows: "SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NOTICE Notice is hereby given to all persons interested that the board of trustees of the ........ sanitary district having ordered that (here insert a brief description of the nature of the improvement), the ordinance for the improvement being on file in the office of the district clerk, having applied to the circuit court of ....... County for an assessment of the costs of the improvement, according to benefits, and an assessment therefor having
