Text

When the jury has been selected, the court shall cause the following oath to be administered to the jury: "You and each of you do solemnly swear (or affirm) that you will well and truly ascertain the benefits to be assessed and the just compensation and damages to be allowed to the owner (and each owner) of property which is sought to be taken or damaged, and to each person interested therein, according to the facts in the case as the same may appear by the evidence, and that you will truly report such benefits, compensation and damages to the court."
