§ 5-80 — Rules
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 1925/ Dixon Railroad Relocation Authority Law.·Art. Article 5 -
The Authority may make all rules proper or necessary to carry into effect the powers granted to it. The rules shall be consistent with the guidelines, objectives, and project scope as set out by the Illinois Commerce Commission.
