Text

(a)The Authority shall continually review the payment of the required employer contributions to affected pension plans under Section 22-103 of the Illinois Pension Code.
(b)Beginning January 1, 2009, if at any time the Authority determines that the Commuter Rail Board's or Suburban Bus Board's payment of any portion of the required contributions to an affected pension plan under Section 22-103 of the Illinois Pension Code is more than one month overdue, it shall as soon as possible pay the amount of those overdue contributions to the trustee of the affected pension plan on behalf of that Service Board out of moneys otherwise payable to that Service Board under Section 4.03.3 of this Act. The Authority shall thereafter have no liability to the Service Board for amounts paid to the trustee
