Text
Clerks, treasurers and collectors of districts organized under prior acts. In all districts organized or existing under a prior act repealed by this Act the clerks, treasurers and collectors thereof shall be selected in the same manner as clerks, treasurers and collectors of districts organized under this Act. The powers, duties and obligations of each clerk, treasurer and collector in office at the time this Act goes into effect shall cease on the effective date of this Act unless such clerk, treasurer or collector is the same individual designated for such office under the provisions of this Act, in which event he shall continue in office without interruption.
