§ 4-21 — Notice of hearing

The petitioners or the clerk of the court shall give notice of the hearing in the manner provided in Section 4-22, except that if the petition does not pray for authority to levy an assessment, then the clerk shall give only such notice as the court may direct. The notice shall be entitled "Drainage Notice" and must state:
(a)in what court and on what date the petition was filed;
(b)the name of the district;
(c)a general description of the authority sought from the court and of the work proposed to be undertaken or other matters proposed;
(d)the amount of the assessment proposed to be levied, if any, and (e) the place, date and hour the petition will be heard. If an assessment roll was filed with the petition the notice shall also state (f) the total amount of damages, if any, to be al
