§ 267 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tract, and this tract is annexed to the District: THAT PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN THE TOWNSHIP OF HANOVER IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 21; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 45 SECONDS WEST 1,255.98 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 21, SAID POINT ALSO, BEING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 17 IN COUNTY CLERKS DIVISION OF SECTION 21 RECORDED MAY 31, 1895 AS DOCUMENT NU
