As of the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1992, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago are extended so as to embrace and include within those corporate limits the following territory and tracts of land situated in Cook County, Illinois: Palatine Township All of Ashbury Country Homes I, Condominium in the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 42 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, recorded August 2, 1985 as document 85131023, August 9, 1985 as document 85141342 and October 21, 1985 as document 85245094. All of Ashbury Country Homes II, Condominium in the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 42 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County
