§ 262 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.

As of January 9, 1990, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended so as to embrace and include within the same the following described territory and tracts of land which are hereby annexed to the District:

(a)The North East quarter of the South East quarter of Section 32, Township 42 North, Range 9, East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, lying east and west of the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern Railroad Co. containing 40 acres more or less, Part of the North West quarter of the South West quarter of Section 33, Township and Range aforesaid, containing 1.12 acres more or less, described as follows: Commencing at the North West corner of the South West quarter of Section 33 aforesaid; thence running East 3 rods, thence South 17 rods, thence Southerly 63 rods mo
