§ 260 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of July 7, 1989, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, formerly known as the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago, are extended so as to embrace and include within the same the following described tracts, which are hereby annexed to the District: Tract 1: That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 42 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal Meridian described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of State Route 62 (otherwise known as Algonquin Road) with the East line of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 0 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds along the East line of said Northwest Quarter for a distance of 981.38 feet; thence South 89 degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds West along the North line
