§ 236 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.

As of June 29, 1979, the corporation limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook, State of Illinois, described as follows:

(a)The East 1/2 of Section 33, Township 36 North Range 14, East of the 3rd Principal Meridian; ALSO: The West 1/2 of Section 34, Township 36 North, Range 14 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian; ALSO: That part of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 34 lying South of the centerline of Thornton-Lansing Road as now platted and recorded.
