§ 22a
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 405/ Soil and Water Conservation Districts Act.
The directors shall file with the Department, upon request of said Department, copies of such ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, contracts, forms and other documents as they shall adopt or employ, and such other information concerning their activities as the Department may require in the performance of its duties under this Act.
