Text
The Rail Authority shall have the power to apply for, receive, and expend grants, loans, or other funds from the State of Illinois or any of its departments or agencies, from any unit of local government, or from the federal government or any of its departments or agencies, for use in connection with any of the powers or purposes of the Rail Authority as set forth in this Act, and to enter into agreements with the lending or granting agency in connection with any such loan or grant.
