§ 204 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of October 6, 1969, the corporate limits of The Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: Parts of Sections 1, 2 and 12, in Township 35 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, all of which are located within the Village of Flossmoor, or in unincorporated areas contiguous thereto, and further described as follows: That part of the S. 660 ft. of the N.W. 1/4 of Sec. 1, lying W. of the Center line of Governors Highway (Route #54); also That part of the S.W. 1/4 of Sec. 1 lying W. of the Center line of Governors Highway (Route #54); also The S.E. 1/4 of Sec. 2; also The E. 1/2 of the S.
