Text

The following terms, whenever used or referred to in this Article, shall have the following meanings, except in such instances where the context may clearly indicate otherwise:

(a)"Authority" means the Tri-County River Valley Development Authority created by this Article. (a-5) "Authority leader" means the Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, or any other person serving in a management, administrative, or leadership role at the Authority.
(b)"Governmental agency" means any federal, State or local governmental body, and any agency or instrumentality thereof, corporate or otherwise.
(c)"Person" means any natural person, firm, partnership, corporation, both domestic and foreign, company, association or joint stock association and includes any trustee, receiver, assignee or per
