§ 188 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.

As of July 1, 1965, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the Village of Glenwood, County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: That part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section 5, Township 35 North, Range 14 East of the Third Principal Meridian, which lies East of the East line of Flossmoor Heights, being J.

C.Mecartney's Subdivision in the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section 5 aforesaid, in the Village of Glenwood, County of Cook and State of Illinois.
