As of July 9, 1955, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: The South Half (S1/2) of the South Half (S1/2) of the North West Quarter (NW1/4), and the North Half (N1/2) of the North Half (N1/2), and the South Half (S1/2) of the North Half (N1/2), and the North twenty (20) acres of the South Half (S1/2), and the South Thirty (30) acres of the West Half (W1/2) of the South West Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Thirty-eight (38) North, Range Twelve (12) East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
