§ 162 — District enlarged

As of July 6, 1955, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: The Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 42 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian excepting therefrom the Northeast quarter of Lot 3 in the School Trustees Subdivision of Section 16, Township 42 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian.
