§ 156 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of July 1, 1955, the corporate limits of The Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook, State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: Parcel No. 1--That part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township 42 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying south of the right of way of the C & N W Railway, (except the West Six Hundred Sixty (660) Feet of the North Twenty-six (26) Acres of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) as aforesaid, Parcel No. 2--That part of the South East Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Forty-two (42) North, Range Ten (10), East of the Third Principal Merid
