§ 152 — District enlarged
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of July 13, 1953, the corporate limits of The Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook, State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Twenty-Six (26), and the South Half (S1/2) of Section Twenty-five (25), and all of Section Thirty-six (36), all in Township Forty-two (42) North, Range Ten (10), east of the Third Principal Meridian; also that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Thirty-one (31) lying Southwesterly of the center line of Kirchoff Road in Township Forty-two (42) North, Range Eleven (11), East of the Third Principal Meridian; also fractional Section Five (5), and that part of fractional Section Four (
