§ 142 — District enlarged

As of July 9, 1951, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: The North Twenty (20) acres of the East Half (E1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Thirty-eight (38) North, Range Twelve (12) East of the Third Principal Meridian and portions of Section Nine (9) of said Township and Range, as follows: the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), the North Half (N1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), and the North Half (N1/2) and Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE
