§ 138 — District enlarged
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of July 9, 1951, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: All that part of the East Half (E.1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (N.E.1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Thirty-six (36) North, Range Thirteen (13) East of the Third Principal Meridian, which lies north of the Public Highway from Blue Island to Bachelors Grove (Midlothian Turnpike), situated in the village of Robbins, County of Cook and State of Illinois.
