§ 136 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of July 9, 1951, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: The North Half (N1/2), the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), and the West Half (W1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (S.E.1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Thirty-six (36) North, Range Fourteen (14) East of the Third Principal Meridian; the East Half (E1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (N.W.1/4) and the West Half (W1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (N.E.1/4) of Section Twenty-seven (27) in said township and range; and that part of the North Half (N1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (N.E.1/4) of Section Twenty-one (21) in said township and range lyin
