§ 114 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of July 8, 1947, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, not now in the Sanitary District of Chicago, described as follows: The North 1/2 of Fractional Section 30, and the North 1/2 of Section 29, all in Township 40 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
