Text
As of July 1, 1947, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter as follows: "All of Section 3, all of Section 4, the South East 1/4 of Section 5; the East 3/4 of the East 1/2 of Section 8; all of Section 9; all of Section 10; all of Section 15; and all of Section 16; all in Township 37 North, Range 13, East of the 3rd Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois."
