§ 102 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of July 7, 1927, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same, the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: The South half (S1/2) fractional Section Six (6), Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Twelve (12) East of the Third Principal Meridian, All of Fractional Section Seven (7), Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Twelve (12) East of the Third Principal Meridian, All of West half (W1/2) of Section Eight (8) (excepting that part thereof lying within the Village of Bellwood) in Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Twelve (12) East of the Third Principal Meridian, That part of the East half (E1/2) of Section Eight (8), lying South
