Text
The provisions of this amendatory Act of 1955 shall be cumulative and shall be considered as conferring additional power on sanitary districts and as additions to and not as limitation upon the powers of the sanitary district to construct, acquire, improve, extend, and operate sewerage systems or drainage systems.
