§ 75 — Partial invalidity
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 65 MUNICIPALITIES·Act 65 ILCS 110/ Economic Development Project Area Tax Increment Allocation Act of 1995.
If any Section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, or clause of this Act is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the decision shall not affect any remaining portion, Section or part of this Act that can be given effect without the invalid provision.
